• Custom orders may require additional production time — we’ll confirm via email.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

• We offer flat-rate shipping across Australia.
• All parcels are shipped with tracking included via Australia Post or courier.

Local Pickup / Delivery (East Gippsland)

• We offer free local pickup by arrangement.
• Local delivery may be available for select orders — contact us directly.

Packaging

• All products and Items are wrapped to minimize movement and damage during transit.
• We take every precaution to ensure your board arrives gift-ready and flawless.

Delivery Timeframes

• Metro areas: approx. 2–5 business days after dispatch
• Rural areas: approx. 5–10 business days
• Tracking information is provided once your item ships
